After winning an Emmy and directing a Super Bowl spot, Josh Soskin was ready to build something of his own. In 2022, he and longtime collaborator Grace Jackson founded Ladybug Films — a boutique production company shaped around their voice, taste, and the conviction that the best work comes from people who are genuinely invested in it.
